Multiple scheduled event notifications

If there are multiple concurrent scheduled events, it would be good to allow users to see notifications for more than one. Ideas for enabling this: * if a user has visited a chapter that contains a scheduled event, show them notifications for events from those chapters * provide a way for users to subscribe to scheduled event notifications by chapter
