'Pending' post status

I can see that there is a category for 'Pending Initial Publish' along the top which will filter posts that are in the Content Flow process of being signed off. Could there be potential to add a 'Pending' label to the list view similar to how 'Draft' works to see clearly what is published and what isn't?
