The ability to set all live chat times at once would save hours of work, manually going into each chapter and changing the times. What would be great is from the chapter selection list, we could multi select a number of chapters and set live chat times of those selected chapters to specific values (perhaps a pop-up would ask what time/date you would like the selected chapter's live chat to start and end).
