Adding a front end preview of changes made by post editors

At the moment, when a post editor amends content on a webpage it's not obvious to moderators what's changed. The front end will always show what is currently live and the backend will show the latest version submitted for moderation. It’s currently a matter of spot-the-difference in order to assess the changes made. Is it possible to have a system whereby moderators can easily identify what the post editors have changed/updated?
